Signature by the Lake's
restaurant facility is closed for renovation
during this summer.
With our section of the new 30 million dollar park
renovation across from Signature's deck on Lake View Drive
being ready to open before year's end, we want to be prepared in kind.
We plan to reopen the facility during the fall
for the upcoming holiday seasons.
We will still perform outside catering as well as
our in home chef and bar service including retail wine sales.
We'll miss producing our Friday Chef's Table buffet
for you during this summer hiatus.
We will maintain our weekly email to those
friends and clients who wish to stay updated
on wine sales and special events.

Signature by the Lake
Signature by the Lake has been primarily a full service catering and
Special Event company. During the past 20 years, our services to the
Central Florida community range from intimate in-home chef service to
larger themed corporate events. We have proudly and successfully served
10,000 meals over 2 days for Special Olympics Florida State Finals at
the Sun Dome in Tampa, 6 years running.
Although over 60% of our catering is off-premise, we open our Lakefront
Park facility to the general public Wed. through Fri. at 4PM as a full
bar, restaurant. Our concept is "From Farm To Table" All fresh products
are acquired from local area farms as much as possible and the selections
dictate changes in the menu daily. The present menu is a combination of
small dishes we call American Tapas, with about a half dozen dinner
specials added for those who prefer a complete dinner experience.
Signature also offers some specialty meals each month. One Saturday a
month, Signature's Wine Down Dinner features a guest chef from one of the
area's parks or hotels. Chef has complete freedom of menu to produce a
multi course meal with matching wines. It is meant to show our approach to fine dining.
This Wine Down Dinner is promotionally priced at $125.00
per couple and includes food, wine, service and tax.
One Sunday each month a more casual dining experience is offered.
Starting at 2 PM a European Family Style lunch is served (weather
permitting) on our outdoor deck overlooking Lakefront Park. It features
multi courses served in replenishable platters of food from the featured
country for a shared dining experience. The cost is $35.00 per couple
with our full bar available for your beverage selections.
Both of these specialty meals are by reservation only, whereas the
restaurant dining is open seating.
We are proud members of Central Florida's chapter of the American Culinary
Federation since we started in 1989 and enjoy featuring our brother chefs

Our Private Dining
Facility
Signature, located on the Memorial Walkway in Historic Downtown Kissimmee, offers a view of Lake Toho and Lakefront Park. We can accommodate groups to 125 seated inside our private dining facility, and an additional 150 seated outside on our beautiful 2,000+ square foot deck. Larger venues are available as we are preferred caterers to unique locations such as Orchid World, one of the largest orchid gardens in the United States, and the Nature Conservancy's Disney Wilderness Preserve. With the use of Signature's 26 ft. mobile kitchen "Modine" we can produce fine dining experiences in unique locations.
